and pricing Tiers

TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. The sketch will be sent after the first half of the payment. After the sketch is approved I'll ask for the second half of payment. After I receive the second half of payment I'll clean and color the illustration

  2. Commissioner can request WIP at any part of the process

  3. Rush commissions will have a 2.5x charge

  4. Large and resized versions of the artwork are sent after completion

  5. Commissioner should not post the full-size drawing publicly, for their own security

  6. Original program files are included for commercial commissions only

  7. 'Non-commercial use' commissions may not be resold and at no point may a commissioner claim to have made it themselves

  8. The artist may post the artwork if the commissioner doesn't apply a 'non-commercial' pricing tier

  9. Private artwork will cost extra

  10. The purchase is for digital artwork (not prints)

  11. Commissions may be used in speedpaint videos on youtube

  12. There is no guarantee that a speed paint/process will be made for your commission. I can not guarantee this

  13. No refunds are offered

  14. Commissioner/Artist may not share each other's personal/contact details with third parties

  15. Paying for the invoice means the commissioner accepts these terms and conditions

PRICING TIERS

There are four commercial use pricing tiers:

  1. 2x price for commercial use where the artwork is not the main part of the product(book covers, promotional material, social media artwork, etc.) and there are visible credits

  2. 3.5x price for commercial use where the artwork is not the main part of the product but there are no visible credits

  3. 4.5x price for commercial use where the artwork is the main part of the product(Stickers, badges, clothing, merchandise, etc.) and there are visible credits

  4. 6x price for commercial use where the artwork is the main part of the product but there are no visible credits

There are four pricing tiers for non-commercial use:

  1. 2x price for pieces that I cannot post or use in my portfolio immediately but I can post after 6 months

  2. 3x price for pieces that I cannot post or use in my portfolio immediately but I can post or use in my portfolio after 1 year

  3. 5x price for pieces that I can never post or use in my portfolio

  4. Anything else is standard pricing
